INSTRUCTIONS:
Reservations can be made
in one of the following
ways:
INTERNET RESERVATIONS
This is the quickest and
most effective
method. Hotel online reservations
begin October 1st. Click

ROOM RESERVATIONS.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
An acknowledgement will be
received at the
end of making internet reservations.
Faxed
and mailed acknowledgements
will be sent 10-14 days from
receipt of request. Please
review all information for
accuracy. If you do not receive
your acknowledgement in this
time frame, please contact
the SBC Housing Bureau by
e-mail at sahousing@sanantoniovisit.com or
by fax at
210-207-6702. You will not
receive a written confirmation
from the hotel.
ROOM RATES/TAXES
To take advantage of the
special SBC rates, please
book your reservation
by May 11, 2007. After that
date, all unsecured rooms
will be released and hotels
may charge
higher rates.
All
rates are per room and are
subject to 16.75% taxes (subject
to change).
Special
requests cannot be guaranteed;
however, hotels will do their
best to honor all requests.
Hotels will assign specific
room types upon check-in,
based on availability.
GUARANTEE
All reservations require
a valid credit card (this
is the most efficient
form of guarantee) or a check
at the time reservation
is made. Requests received
without a valid guarantee
will be returned and will
not be processed. Credit
card may be charged anytime
after
May 11, 2007, at the discretion
of your confirmed hotel.
CHECK
DEPOSITS
If you choose to mail in
a check, it should be made
payable to SBC Housing Bureau
in the amount of $200 and
mailed along with your housing
request form to the address
provided above.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
The SBC Housing Bureau must
receive all cancellations
no later than April 13,
2007 to avoid penalty.
Any cancellations received
after April 13, 2007,
will be assessed a $50
cancellation fee. Cancellations
made within 72 hours
of arrival will incur
one nights’ room
and tax charge by the confirmed
hotel.
The SBC Housing Bureau
will be available to assist
with housing changes/cancellations
through May 24, 2007.
